5. Your Data Control

Users may request to have their account placed on hold or permanently deleted by emailing us at support@ixaccred.com. Dormant accounts will be automatically terminated after 3 years of no activity. Deletion requests are subject to applicable legal retention requirements.

Currently, ixAccred™ does not use cookies. We may explore this practice in the future, but we will not track users for commercial advertising purposes. If cookies are introduced later, we will update this Policy accordingly.

ixAccred™ does not currently engage in advertising or monetization. 13. Children’s Privacy (COPPA & FERPA)

ixAccred™ is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Where educational records are involved, ixAccred™ complies with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), as applicable.

This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
